Published Mar 5, 2024

Join us at the Hollywood Public Library in Portland for a film screening and discussion of the short film *Right to Harm*!

Back by popular demand: We’re having a film screening in Portland! Whether you’ve been involved with our factory farm moratorium campaign for years or are just starting to learn about the effects of factory farms on our climate, water, and small family farms, this event is made for you!

Join us at the Hollywood Public Library to watch *Right to Harm* together. After watching the 35 minute film, we will have an open forum with time to share your thoughts, ask questions, and connect with each other. We will have free food and drinks, and we will be giving away Food & Water Watch swag like shirts and buttons.

About the film:

*Right to Harm* shows the impacts factory farms have on local communities throughout the United States, and what happens when our state agencies fail to protect people from the impacts of these industrial facilities. It also shows how impacted community members are fighting back against this polluting industry and demanding that legislators take action, showing us all that there is another way.

Time to face it —~it’s people or plastics.~We can’t have both.

Become a plastic pollution fighter this Earth~ Day and have your gift MATCHED $3-to-$1!
