Tamara Tripp is the Managing Director of Philanthropy at Food and Water Watch.

With more than twenty years of nonprofit development experience, Tamara is committed to the nonprofit environmental community, having worked at places such as the Wildlife Conservation Society, Brooklyn Botanic Garden and the Garden Conservancy. Tamara also has a Master’s in Public Administration in Nonprofit Management from NYUWagner. Growing up on a dairy farm in Minnesota, Tamara spent most of her childhood caring for animals and her family farmland — it is through this experience and love of the land and the protection of our food systems that brought her to Food and Water Watch. Tamara is a passionate gardener, mushroom farmer, avid hiker and runner, and is a practicing yogi. Tamara lives in the Hudson Valley with her husband.
