Sarah Borron is a Researcher on the Food Team at Food & Water Watch. She covers the negative impacts of industrial scale agriculture, including issues related to antibiotic resistance. Sarah holds a master’s degree in agriculture, food, and the environment from the Tufts University Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy and a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from Denison University. In the past, Sarah has worked as a policy associate for the Community Food Security Coalition and as program and advocacy manager for the Three Square Food Bank in Las Vegas.
