As the Web Writer & Editor at Food & Water Watch, Kiley is responsible for creating and contributing to digital content and strategy with a focus on our web properties. A D.C. area native, she found her passion for protecting our resources while working for the beautiful Rock Creek Park. While working on an anti-fracking campaign, she was able to combine that passion with her skills as a digital communicator.
After living the Parks and Rec life, she spent a very weird and exciting year helping build the first cheese creamery in D.C. Then: in 2015, she found a home at an incredible organization that advocates for healthy food, clean water and a just transition to renewable energy (that's Food & Water Watch, folks). She holds a B.A. in environmental studies and creative writing and you can complain to her about typos and 404s at kfisher(at)fwwatch.org.
