Suez flees and citizens fight for new public utility.
After 10 years of contractual incompliance Suez created extensive customer dissatisfaction. When the citizens of Santa Fe held a plebiscite to determine the future of the company in their province, the vote was overwhelmingly in favor of forcing Suez out. Finally the governor has terminated the contract and Suez is in the process of withdrawing from Santa Fe province.
