Organics

The organics movement is a bright ray of hope in the food industry. The organic market is growing at 20% annually, proving that consumers care about how their food is raised and the impact agriculture has on the environment. Buying organic means healthier water, land, and air, and less chemical residues in the food you eat. However, to ensure that organic standards are meaningful, animals considered organic must have regular access to pasture.  The organic label must not be co-opted by factory farm-type operations. We work to maintain strong organic standards and urge consumers to check out the Eat Well Guide to find organic and other sustainable meat for sale near you.
