Victory Rally to Ban Fracking in the Delaware River Basin: 11-21-2011

DateMonday, November 21, 2011 Time11:00 AM - 3:00 PMLocationNew Jersey War Memorial 1 Memorial Drive Trenton, N.J.

Register for this event.

Great news! The Delaware River Basin Commission announced today that Monday’s meeting will be postponed to allow the five commissioners additional time to review the proposed regulations. This delay is a testament to all of our work (yours too!) and the power of the grassroots. Thanks so much for all of your support and energy!

But our work will continue. We will still be converging in Trenton on Monday to emphasize that we will continue to fight fracking. Here are the details:

10-10:30am: Arrive to War Memorial
11am: Rally featuring speakers like Gasland’s Debra Winger and Josh Fox
12pm: March to State House to hear from NJ legislators
1pm: Non-violence resistance training
