Second: Focus on why in the world would the US want or need to import chickens from China? Mexico had a recent blow up with avian influenza but if US does "need" to import poultry, it seems that Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama would be better bets.
